How do I report a user or message?
Open the chat with the user, tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right, and choose Report. You can also long-press any message to report a specific message, or tap ⋮ on a user in your friends list or in search results.
All reports are anonymous to the reported user and are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.
How do I block someone?
From a chat, the friends list, the search screen, or a user's room preview: tap ⋮ and choose Block. Blocked users can no longer see your room, send you messages, or knock on your door.
You can unblock from Settings → Blocked Users.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account. Account deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, messages, friends, and all related data are removed from our servers.
How old do I need to be to use Roomr?
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
I can't sign in. What should I do?
First, double-check your email and password. If you signed up with a social provider, use the same provider button on the login screen. If the problem persists, send us a message with the email address you used to register and we'll help you recover your account.
How does Roomr handle my data?
We collect only what's needed to make the app work: your account info, your friends, your room state, and basic device info for push notifications. We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for the full list.
Push notifications aren't working.
On iOS: open Settings → Notifications → Roomr and make sure notifications are allowed. Inside the app, also check Settings → Notifications.
