By using Roomr, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users.
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content, including hate speech, sexual content, violence, or content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Impersonate other users or create fake accounts.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without permission.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

Roomr has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Users who violate these rules will have their content removed and their account suspended or terminated within 24 hours of a verified report.

Content

You are responsible for all content you share. We reserve the right to remove content and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Reporting and blocking

You can report users or messages that violate these rules from anywhere in the app — via the ⋮ menu or by long-pressing a message. You can also block users at any time from their profile or from Settings. Reports are reviewed promptly and handled according to our moderation policy.

Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Roomr.

Limitation of liability

Roomr is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
